phase one complete
we have made it to san jose. We are gonna chill in the hotel tonight and get rest for the big day tomorrow. Our flight is at the butt crack of dawn and we figure we need to be there extra early with our entourage.
do you know the way to san jose?
well, this is the last blog posting from Watsonville. In the next hour or so we are off to San Jose. We will get a room (and a stiff drink) for the night and then we fly out at 6:40am. Keep us in your prayers for safe travel. We might blog tonight from the hotel if they have a wireless connection. Someone remind me to blog about our Nissan that beat us to FL on a truck. In case we cant blog from San Jose we will talk to everyone from FL. Not sure when we will be online once we get to FL, but we will surely have many adventures to report.

just a minute mr. postman

I should be packing or sleeping or something. Beck and Cam are napping. So cute by the way,
so, I put in a change of address with the post office a few weeks ago to start on the 15th. Somehow they goofed up and started it on the 5th. I have made calls to FL and here in CA, but everyone has a different story. We now have mail criss crossing the country looking for a home. In case I forget (and I will) our new address is:
We fly on Tues. Arrive in PC on Wed.
2401 Stanford Rd. Apt 1126
Panama City, FL 32405
Jason cell: 831-233-0493
Beck cell: 831-233-0494
These cells will not change to FL numbers for a few weeks.
reporting live from the front lines

It is 3:10am. I am on the couch next to Becky. She is attempting to feed Cameron. He is what they call a lazy nurser. He falls asleep during nursing even when he is really hungry. When he does not feed well, we are have to feed him by hand like a baby bird. Come on little man you can do it. Pickles is in the corner of the room. She has been in and out of the vet's offie since last Tuesday. We have been nursing her back to health. She is showing improvement. The movers are not coming until Sat, so we have a few more days. Today, we have to ship the Nissan, pick up a rental car and finish packing. We knew were crazy when we decided to have a baby, move cross country, and start a new job in the same month--but now that we are in the thick it is offical. We are actually crazy. I got a package in the mail yesterday of those little white straight jackets. They are coming to take me away. My cell phone is equipped with alarms. I set one for timing Becky's pain meds and another for Cam's feeding times. He would sleep right through if we let him. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannont MAKE him drink--even if that little horse shares your DNA. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. We are surviving. When you get done reading go call your mommy or whoever changed your crib sheets at 3am. Tell them thanks. If they are gone, offer up a quick prayer of thanks. In the midst of my mindless, sleepless ramble we are still showered with blessings, the help from friends, the health of our boy, the sacrifice of Mimi. I could go on and on. This is J-Dogg live from the front lines saying goodnight..I mean good morning. A few pics for the fans. Oh, Tiffy, get back to work!
