Cam has added a few words to his vocabulary. The latest are TURTLE and GECKO. Yesterday at the park he fell and skinned his chin and bit his tongue. It bled for 10 minutes. I thought we were going to have to make our first trip to the doctor for an injury, but we stopped the bleeding and he played for an hour at the park. He is tough like his mama.

His favorite book right now is Dr. Suess ABC's. We read it 6-10 times a day. He should know his ABCs by the time he is 2 at this rate.

He recently rediscovered his Bumbo chair--he can actually fit in it again since his legs thinned out. Apparently, it also makes a great hat. He loves to climb on everything. We found him sitting in his toy box the other day. He thought it was hilarious.

18 months!

Cameron actually turned 18 months a few weeks ago, but what with our busy schedule we just got to the doctor for his checkup today.

He's doing great. weighs 27 lbs, 12 oz, and is 34 inches. He's right on schedule for everything and is a happy little kid.

sorry we've been away, we were doing a play

We know it's been awhile since our last post, but we've been busy with Tom Jones. The play, not the singer. Jason and I were both in it, as well as our friends Tiffany, my college roommate and maid of honor at our wedding and Mike, our best man, who came down for 2 weeks from New York. Here are some pics from the show and of Cameron - who's in the middle of getting 3 new teeth. He sure does have a mouthful now!
