one small step for man.. or boy

Cameron took his first independent step on Thursday! He's been standing independently for 10 or 15 seconds at times, usually just letting go of whatever he's leaning on while holding a toy or something. And now he's starting to do that and take one small step before he plops to the ground. We're working on trying to get him to take more. He's so mobile now. I know one day soon he's just going to take off running.

I took Cameron on his first fishing trip this morning. We got to the lake before it got too hot and had a great time. Below is the our prized bluegill. You should have seen the one that got away!!! Read the sign carefully.

10 months

Cameron turned 10 months yesterday. He's been a busy little bee. He's walking while pushing things. He just started waving and sort of clapping. He's finally saying dada and is getting in some temper tantrums. yay!

Mimi and Aunt Holly and Uncle Andrew were in town to help Aunt Heather move. We also got in some swim time and went to Pineapple Willy's to watch the sunset. Cameron entertained himself by sticking his toes through the holes in the table and playing with them. He also got in a little gymnastics towards the end.
