checkup

Cameron had his 6 month checkup today and he's doing great! 19 lbs and 28.5 inches long, he's still our little moose. We've been working on his sitting up a lot, and he can stay up for a few seconds by himself and getting better at it everyday. He still doesn't like peas, but is loving the carrots and oatmeal. He loves to drink out of mommy and daddy's glasses and spending time playing in his saucer. He's very interested in clapping and laughs and smiles a lot. He's such a love!

6 months!

Yesterday our sweet boy turned 6 months! It's hard to believe he's halfway to a year already.

Cameron has been getting these recurring spots since Christmas. The pediatrician was stumped so we went to the dermatologist. Poor baby had to get a skin biopsy, and it came back as interstitial granulomatous dermatitis. Yep, that's a mouthful, and not really an actual diagnosis. Apparently it is usually an indicator of something else, sometimes autoimmune. So we are being referred to a pediatric rheumatologist in Pensacola. We haven't set the appointment yet, but we will keep everyone posted as soon as we know something more.

Cameron thinks he is Mr. Big Man now that he has a tooth. He wants whatever we have. He loves to drink Dad's water.

He also likes Sushi. Yummy Octopus!

Pickles turned 5 years old on Feb 1st. That is 60 in pig years!
